JACK KENNEDY

Jack was called to the bar in 2018. He commenced his legal career working at the Office of the Department of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) before practising as a criminal defence solicitor throughout Queensland with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Legal service (ATSILS). Jack went on to become regional manager at ATSILS.

Jack has acted for defence and prosecution in numerous criminal and regulatory prosecutions, as well as appearing in family law matters.

Jack is based in Brisbane but maintains a strong regional practice throughout Queensland, notably in Beenleigh, Ipswich and Rockhampton. He specialises in contested hearings and applications, including trials, hearings and appeals and appears in all courts across the state and federal jurisdictions.

Jack is also a member of Beenleigh Chambers located at 3 Main Street, Beenleigh.
